Warranty Information
Get your warranty stamp of approval for every unit that you purchase from us. You get One(1) year warranty against manufactures defects on replacement parts and Five (5) years on the compressor, provided that the equipment is installed, maintained and serviced during the warranty period by Air Design Ltd or one of its approved dealers.
Failure to maintain an Air Conditioning in accordance with manufacturer recommendations of a minimum of three services per unit per year will void warranty. Air filters must be cleaned on a regular basis, at least once per month; and more frequently if the operational environment requires it.
Air Design Ltd is not responsible for the incorrect sizing of units purchased without a site visit. Returns may not be accepted, and if accepted will bear a re-stocking fee of 25%. All re-installation charges will be for the customer’s account.
